Join KAR Tours Travel as we kick up our heels and travel “Country-Style” with “Classic Country and Good Company!” We would love to have you join us for a trip up to Park Rapids, MN to the always entertaining Jasper’s Theater on Wednesday, June 24, 2026 as they present their Classic Country and Iconic Duets show. This amazing show will feature the vocal talents of Kathie Brekke along with Nashville recording artist, Doug Allen Nash. Dan Brekke will also be on hand to lend his talents on violin and guitar. The show will feature legendary hits by Tammy & George, Conway & Loretta, Dolly & Kenny, and many more classic country duet artists!!
Our air-conditioned and comfortable motorcoach will pick us up at the community center in Hitterdal (with other pick-up locations possible based on the location of travelers) around noon on the 24th. We will enjoy some laughs and memorable times on our quick trip into Lakes Country. Our bus driver will drop us off at the front door of Jasper’s Theater in time to grab some popcorn and find our reserved seating with a premium view of the show.
Following the show, we will again be picked up at the front door by our motorcoach and make our way to the West 40 Restaurant in Park Rapids where we will enjoy an included Dinner with your choice of 1 of 3 featured entrees (baked chicken, roast pork, or roast beef) along with mashed potatoes, vegetable, dinner roll, dessert, and a beverage.
At the conclusion of our meal, with full stomachs and hearts full of great music, we will make our way home with many memories of our “Classic Country and Good Company” trip!
The cost of the trip is $120 and includes motorcoach transportation, ticket to Jasper’s Theater, Dinner at West 40 Restaurant, all taxes and gratuities. If you book by April 7th, you will receive a $10 early-bird discount! The sign-up deadline is May 11.
